Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Look no further! It is Pasadena Arts Weekend this weekend, prominently featuring the Pasadena Art Walk, which is always a good time. The events highlight some of the best Southern Californian visual artists showcasing their work in painting, sculpture, watercolor, photography, mixed media, ceramics, jewelry, drawings, and printmaking… and if you need even more artsy things, you can always browse the extensive Vroman’s art corner!
During Art Walk, Vroman’s will even be playing host to a series of “Art Chats” in our Atrium space next door (Jeri Westerson will be busy signing in our main event space at 5pm). At 1:30, Tim Wride will be discussing the photography exhibit on display at the Pasadena Armory for the Arts, and at 3:30 Meher McArthur will be speaking about the art of Oragami. There are also hands on art activities all over downtown Pasadena. It is sure to be a great, fun-filled day for everyone.
Art Walk is free, and all ages are welcome. Events run from 11am to 5pm.
