Kudos to Jones Coffee Roasters! And to Patrick & Allison (and any other responsible parties) for producing this great little video essay. Look forward to viewing more of the same in the near or distant future!
The only knock I have against Jones’ is that they aren’t more centrally located in Pasadena. But, it’s good to know they supply coffee to some of my fav Pasadena cafes like Euro Pane & Cafe Verde, which are much closer to me.
And, thanks for your comment on my blog about your prior experience with another new coffeehouse, across from Vroman’s, Sabor y Cultura.
