Mother Nature wasn’t messing around this year. Have you seen it outside? Gloomy as all get up. But you know what? I kind of like it. It sort of feels like I’m living somewhere romantic and literary. Like Newark.

Here are just a few of the great links to cheer up your gloomy Wednesday afternoon:

I promise this will be the last time I mention Last Night in Montreal for a while. Here’s a nifty trailer for the book, featuring a lot of train imagery:
Click here to view the embedded video.

I really don’t know what to make of this. Will Oldham (Bonnie “Prince” Billy) and director Caveh Zahedi (“I Was a Sex Addict”) tripping on hallucinogenic mushrooms (via Dan Chaon’s Twitter feed, which you really ought to be following).
Click here to view the embedded video.

Everyone on earth has linked to it already, but if you haven’t read the interview with new Granta editor John Freeman, you should. Also, check out the Granta site. They do nice work over there.

And finally, for those interested in my post about Titlepage, Daniel Menaker, the host of the show, took the time to leave a comment (albeit, on a different post). Check it out.
