e,

Thanks so much for the kind comments about the blog. It's a thrill to have someone say they bought a book on my recommendation. Glad you liked it.

--Patrick

It's a fantastic book: funny, moving, thrilling and much more. It's rare to find a novel with the excitement of a page-turner but the writing of fine literature.

Not only did I buy it on your blog recommendation Patrick, but when I came in to pick up an autographed copy I ran into a young bearded guy working the front info desk who told me he'd stayed up all night reading it (and had even debated skipping his opening night tickets to The Dark Knight to keep reading). He hoped I'd like it. I did.

In fact I just recommended it for a friend (who bought it) and will continue to do so.

Thanks again for the work on the blog. I'm not one who spends his time providing blurbs for retailers, but like the store itself, this blog feels like it cares about books and the people who read them. Keep up the good work.
